I spent the first two decades of my life surrounded by trauma, dysfunction, and mental health struggles. At 20, after experiencing a mental health breakdown, I booked a one way flight to Australia with no money and no plan.

That journey sparked a passion for travel, but it wasn't until years later while soul-searching through meditation, gratitude, and personal growth that I discovered this business.

For the first time, I found a path that aligned with my values: freedom, travel, purpose, and the ability to build something of my own.

Seven years later, I've travelled the world full time for six years, built a global community of over 1,700 people, and had the privilege of helping others create more freedom and impact in their own lives.

Today, my mission is simple: to share everything I've learned so more people can build a life they genuinely love because I know how life changing that opportunity can be.

Seven years ago, I was exhausted, overworked, and craving more from life than work schedules and limited holiday days.

I started this business alongside my full-time job and 16 months later I was able to walk away from my career. Nearly six years on, I’ve built a lifestyle with more freedom, flexibility, travel, and choice than I ever thought possible.

The greatest gift hasn’t been the income it’s been having options. The ability to support my parents through difficult times, be present for the people I love, and design life around what matters most.

Over six years ago, I took a leap of faith and started this business. Before that, I was a personal trainer. I loved helping people transform their lives, but I was constantly trading time for money. If I wanted to earn more, I had to work more.

Early mornings, late nights, and weekends became my normal, and deep down I knew I wanted more than working just to pay the bills.

Everything changed after a four week trip around Australia with my now husband. It opened my eyes to a life built around freedom, experiences, and choice.

I started this business with no experience just belief in myself and the willingness to give it a go.

Fast forward to today, and I'm about to welcome my first baby into the world. Knowing I've built a passive, willable income for our family's future means everything to me.

2.5 years ago I was sitting at a desk in corporate London with a degree, a stable job and absolutely no idea why I felt so lost. I knew I wanted travel, freedom and something that felt like my own -  I just didn’t know how to get there.

I found an opportunity in the travel industry and started building something on the side, quietly, alongside my 9-5 for 18 months. It was hard work that most people never saw. But for the first time something felt like it was truly mine.

18 months later I replaced my income and never looked back. Since then at 24 years old I have travelled to Japan, Bali, Singapore, Miami and Marrakech, hosted group trips for solo travellers and built a five figure passive income from my phone that grows every single month.

But the part that surprises me most is not the travel or the income - it is who I have become along the way. This is not a lucky story. This is what happens when you back yourself even when nobody else understands why.

I’m Caroline a mum to two small children and someone who loves a holiday. In my previous career I was a West End Actress. I absolutely loved it but as you can imagine there is no job security, no amazing pension and no guarantee of where the next job or income was coming from. When I became a mum I knew this level of uncertainty and juggling it all just wasn’t the vision I had for my life. 

This business was introduced to me by my sister in law who I watched for a year before I got involved. Fast forward 3 years and I have created a residual income that continues to grow, this has allowed me to be a SAHM but work this business around them. While my ambition never left me, I’ve not had to sacrifice building something for myself whilst raising my children.  Even more importantly, it’s willable income that will be left to my children. Knowing I'm creating something with long term value not just for me, but for my children. Well this means everything!

The greatest gift hasn't just been the income, it's been the time. Time to do the school runs, to be there for sports days & Christmas plays and all the little moments that I once thought I'd have to miss. I never imagined it would be possible to build a business without sacrificing those memories, but now I haven’t had to choose. Something that wouldn’t have been possible with my previous career. It’s ok to pivot and do something new. You never know where it can take you!

My journey into the travel industry began with an unexpected turning point. After a successful career as a Bank Manager in Belfast, I was made redundant. Instead of seeing it as the end of a chapter, I chose to see it as the beginning of a new one.

With a passion for travel, I started building my business alongside my full-time job, growing it around work and everyday life. What began as a way to create an additional income quickly became a business I genuinely love.

Since then, I’ve helped nearly 200 women start their own travel businesses, creating a supportive community where we encourage one another to grow with confidence. I’m also proud to have booked close to £1 million worth of travel, helping hundreds of clients create unforgettable memories around the world.

Travel Unlimited is about so much more than holidays. It’s about opportunity, freedom, community and showing people that it’s never too late to build something of their own.

Hi, I'm Nadia, Co-Founder and One Star Director. Since starting this business in 2021, I've helped over 800 people launch and grow their own travel businesses.

Before joining, I worked full time in luxury retail management. After being made redundant, I felt overworked, undervalued, and ready for something more. I wanted greater freedom, flexibility, and the opportunity to build something of my own.

This business allowed me to combine my passion for travel with entrepreneurship while creating multiple streams of income, including residual income, giving me the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.

I've now travelled extensively while running my business, saved over £60,000 on my own travel, and helped hundreds of others create more income, freedom, and choice in their lives.
